Michelle Lynn Cohen, founder of The Movement Forest Studio, is a private movement studio that is located in the heart of Union Square in NYC. Sessions are one-on-one and combine various somatic methodologies and practices with yoga, dance, Pilates, Gyrotonicยฎ, movement education, and hands on healing. In addition to private movement sessions, bodywork and Reiki sessions are offered as well as teaching labs for movement professionals. Michelle is a lecturer, Life and Spiritual Coach, Embodiment Coach, and mentors practitioners. She is also available to teach workshops and will custom tailor workshops for your yoga and pilates studio, school, or organization.
