Wear Protective Eyewear – Sunglasses or goggles help shield your eyes from cold, wind, and UV rays reflecting off snow.

Use Preservative-Free Lubricating Drops – Keep eyes comfortable when chilly air dries them out.

Add a Humidifier Indoors – Help reduce dry-eye symptoms caused by indoor heating.

A vision screening helps identify potential issues, while a comprehensive eye exam diagnoses and treats them.
