THAT’S how I was able to overcome a LIFELONG addiction to sugar in 3 weeks. Seriously, the addiction was bad. I’d shove M&Ms in my mouth while I was sleeping, and would wake up with Haribo gummy bears stuck to my t-shirt, leaving the evidence behind. For every spoonful of Cheerios, I’d add a healing spoonful of sugar..each time.
