Today, I’m holding space for the resilience, the quiet strength, and the voices that refuse to be silenced. To the mentors who pour into others, the advocates fighting for systemic change, and every woman navigating her own unique path: thank you for your existence and your resistance.

The Call to Action: Change isn’t a 31-day calendar event. As we move into April, let’s commit to one tangible act of advocacy—whether it’s amplifying a marginalized voice, challenging an implicit bias, or simply supporting a woman-owned dream.

Let’s keep building.

Feliz domingo, amigos!

Leave your poem in the comments ♥️🌸

As we wrap up the final Thursday of March and the close of Women’s History Month, I’ve been thinking a lot about the threads that connect us to the women who came before.

Whether it’s the quiet resilience of a grandmother, the bold advocacy of a historical icon, or the steady wisdom of a mentor—we don’t just admire these qualities; we inherit them. We carry them forward in the way we lead, the way we heal, and the way we show up for ourselves.

Take a moment to put pen to paper today. Honor her legacy by recognizing it within yourself. 📖✨

Tag a woman in the comments who has influenced the person you are becoming today. ⬇️

They say it’s a man’s world, but we are the ones who built the foundation. From the literal life we bring into this world to the countless ways we sustain it, women have always been the quiet (and not-so-quiet) architects of progress.

During Women’s History Month, we aren’t just looking back; we’re looking forward.

Change can be intimidating, but we are built for evolution. Whether you are shifting your career, redefining your role in the community, or stepping into a new version of yourself, remember that your power isn’t something you need to ask for—it’s something you already possess.

Don’t let the fear of “what if” stop you from discovering “what’s next.” We didn’t come this far to only come this far. It’s time to take up space, speak your truth, and lead the way toward the future we deserve.

“Never allow fear to decide your future.”

These words carry a different kind of weight during Women’s History Month. We stand on the shoulders of trailblazers who felt the grip of fear—fear of being the first, fear of being silenced, fear of systemic barriers—and chose to move forward anyway.

They didn’t wait for the fear to disappear; they simply refused to let it hold the pen while they wrote their stories. Whether you are breaking glass ceilings in your career, advocating for your community, or simply choosing to prioritize your own healing, remember that your intuition is a much better guide than your anxiety.

Let’s honor the legacy of the women before us by dreaming bigger than our doubts. Your future is too important to be negotiated by fear.

Mentorship is a beautiful cycle of paying it forward. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the leaders who invested their time and wisdom into my journey.

Their legacy lives on in the way I now support and advocate for those coming up behind me. Let’s keep building doors for others to walk through.

If you are currently looking for someone to help guide your path, here are 3 tips for choosing the right mentor:

1. Look for someone whose professional ethics and approach to the field resonate with your own. You want a mentor who mirrors the type of professional you hope to become.

2. Choose someone who will celebrate your wins but also feel comfortable challenging you. Growth happens when someone is willing to point out your blind spots with kindness.

3. Sometimes the best mentor is someone who has navigated different systems or populations than you have. They can offer a broader lens on how to handle complex challenges.

I am also officially opening up space to support others. If you are looking for a mentor or supervisor who is committed to your growth and professional development, my door is open.

Feel free to reach out—I’d love to see how we can work together to build your future.

Self-care isn’t just a solo act—it’s a legacy. Matriarchal structures remind us that when the nurturers are cared for, the entire community rises. Taking this Sunday to replenish so I can keep building.

Growth, change, progress all uncomfortable.

Nothing in life is black or white- we must learn to live in the grey.

Last year was a year of transformation but I should have expected change to continue into this year.

My career is shifting. I’m so exhausted and even worse feeling terrible about neglecting you all.

Working on some self reflection, rest and rebuilding and I’ll share it all when I’m ready.

Los amo 🥹😍
