Orthopedic injuries and injuries of the hand and upper extremity can often get in the way of work and sporting activities. I am passionate about helping people improve their quality of life and getting them back to the activities that matter most to them. This can be done through bracing or splinting, directed physical or occupational therapy techniques, and sometimes surgery. The best outcomes are achieved when the patient and physician understand each other, and work together to individualize a treatment program that will maximize their recovery. My specialty allows me to take care of issues involving the bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, tendons, nerves, and skin of the upper extremity in patients of all ages. I also enjoy taking care of other orthopedic problems such as arthritis and injuries of the knee and ankle. In an effort to keep patients out of the emergency rooms and hospitals in our area, I am happy to offer telemedicine visits and consults to decrease patient and doctor exposure to COVID-19. It is simple, easy, personal, and fully HIPAA compliant to protect your privacy. Call to schedule a telehealth appointment at 646.933.3931, then a link is either texted or emailed to you, and that's it.
