The MicroLift–Face is performed under local anesthesia, while the MicroLift–Face & Neck is usually done under IV sedation.

Incisions are typically hidden in the hairline for the face and behind the ears for the neck. In rare cases, if there’s extra skin after lifting, I’ll extend the incision slightly to trim it for the best contour.
