Want a sweet snack? 😊😋😋
Try this:

Protein Balls 😋😋

1 cup Herbalife Formula 1 (Chocolate or Vanilla)
1 cup low-fat peanut butter
1 cup honey
1 cup non-fat dry milk
Crushed crispy rice cereal for crunch, if desired.

Combine ingredients in a bowl and stir until well-blended.
Divide mixture and roll into balls, coating with wheat germ or crushed low-fat graham crackers.
Store in refrigerator...

🇪🇸Es momento de un delicioso almuerzo, bajo en calorías y rico en proteínas y fibra. Para preparar esta necesitas:
✅ 5 oz. de pollo
✅ ½ taza de arroz salvaje
✅ ½ aguacate
✅ Una pizca de semillas de chía
✅ 1 taza de ensalada de espinaca
Preparación: Condimenta el pollo con sal y pimienta. En una sartén caliente con aceite en spray, cocina el pollo por 15 minutos (o hasta que esté dorado por ambos lados). Coloca la espinaca como base y luego sirve todos los ingredientes por encima. ¡Listo!⠀

✅ A pinch of chia seeds
Taza 1 cup of spinach salad
Preparation: Season the chicken with salt and pepper. In a hot pan with cooking spray, cook the chicken for 15 minutes (or until golden brown on both sides). Place the spinach as a base and then serve all the ingredients on top. Ready! ⠀
