Manhattan Pain Medicine, PLLC

Manhattan Pain Medicine, PLLC Pain Management and Physical Rehabilitation with concierge-level care. We also treat the complications of brain injury, stroke, and spinal cord injury.

Manhattan Pain Medicine offers complete and individualized care for those with pain or functional limitations. We treat challenging and painful conditions – such as headache, fibromyalgia, abdominal pain, neck or back pain, cancer pain, or amputation pain (phantom limb pain) – with careful consideration and innovation. The goal of the initial evaluation is to determine the precise cause(s) of pain or functional impairment. Our treatments then aim to fix the source of the problem, promote healing, prevent recurrence, and restore quality of life. We offer a uniquely broad range of treatment options. These can include medications, physical or occupational therapy, injections, botulinum toxin (Botox®), changes to diet, alternative medicine, and more. For those who have found themselves on large doses of opioid medications, we specialize in treating pain while weaning opioids without discomfort, including the use of Suboxone® for those with difficulty coming off opioids. All your care will be handled by Dr. Jason Siefferman, a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain Management, and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology, Division of Pain Medicine at New York University. Dr. Siefferman completed his training at Rush Medical College in Chicago and Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York and scored in the top 1% nationally on his board certification exam. In addition to Manhattan Pain Medicine, he currently works in the VA Hospital system, treating veterans with a wide range of painful conditions. Manhattan Pain Medicine, PLLC was founded with the exact mission of providing cutting-edge care without the restrictions of commercial insurance. For this reason, we are happy to bill your insurance out-of-network, but we are not in-network for any insurance. We believe that the cost of medical care should be reasonable, and have set rates that welcome the uninsured. The cost of an office visit is based on the amount of time you spend with the doctor, and any additional procedural costs are discussed in advance. The result is that our patients know exactly what a visit will cost and they receive unparalleled care. Our patients also receive additional concierge-level services, such as direct access to your physician via cell phone, online access to your medical records, and home visits and videophone follow-ups.
