Yoga Nidra for Anti-Anxiety & Restorative Sleep

This gentle, restorative session invites you to settle the body, quiet the mind, and drift into the deep peace that supports restful sleep. We’ll begin by crafting a Sankalpa—a heartfelt intention to reprogram the subconscious mind toward calm, safety, and love.
From there, gentle movement and Sat Yam Kriya open the heart, steady the breath, and prepare the body to receive deep rest. We’ll then transition into a guided Yoga Nidra practice for anti-anxiety and restorative sleep.
As awareness moves through the body, the Sankalpa circulates through key energy points, awakening pathways in the brain linked with higher wisdom, bliss, and emotional balance. In this relaxed state, we enter the hypnagogic space—the peaceful bridge between wakefulness and sleep where the conscious and subconscious meet through imagery and sensation.
Here, old impressions (chitta) gently rise, transform, and release, allowing the nervous system to reset, the heart to open, and the whole being to return to its natural state of clarity, stillness, and radiant ease.
