Let’s talk about butt pain. Yes, really 🍑

If sitting, wiping, or just existing feels uncomfortable back there, your body is trying to tell you something. And no, it is not “just in your head” or something you have to live with. Sometimes the most awkward symptoms are the ones worth paying attention to.

We’re excited to share that Dr. Amy Stein will be speaking at the Endometriosis Summit on Shockwave / SoftWave Therapy and how it can be thoughtfully integrated into endometriosis care.

We know endometriosis pain is complex and never just one system. In this webinar, Amy will walk through how shockwave therapy fits into a whole-person pelvic health approach, when it may be helpful, and how it’s used alongside pelvic floor physical therapy and multidisciplinary care.

The cervix is often overlooked until something feels off. But it plays an active role in how your body protects itself, adapts, and communicates 🤍

It changes over time, responds to hormonal shifts, and works closely with the pelvic floor and nervous system. Sensation and pain in this area are real and deserve attention.

Understanding what is typical, what is not, and when support can help is part of caring for your whole pelvic health.

January is a good time to slow things down 💛 If your pelvic floor feels tight, guarded, or overstimulated, strength is not always the answer. Sometimes your body needs permission to soften.

Here are 6 gentle ways to relax the pelvic floor and support your nervous system

1️⃣Deep belly breathing with humming: The vibration from humming can help cue relaxation and reduce tension
2️⃣Warm bath: Heat encourages muscles to let go and supports overall calm
3️⃣Pelvic floor drop: A gentle release rather than a squeeze. Yes, it is the opposite of a Kegel
4️⃣Gentle hip circles: Supports mobility and helps ease tension around the pelvis
5️⃣Legs up the wall: A restorative position that supports circulation and relaxation
6️⃣Jaw and neck massage: Tension in the jaw and neck is often connected to tension in the pelvic floor

Your pelvic floor needs both strength and relaxation. Which one feels most supportive today? 👇
