Our patient is 15 years old and just 1 month post op. She came to us struggling with significant breathing difficulties and wanted subtle aesthetic refinement while preserving a natural, age-appropriate look.

Her symptoms were caused by nasal valve collapse, a condition where the internal or external nasal walls narrow or collapse during inhalation, restricting airflow. Many patients notice this when they breathe in deeply and see the sides of their nose pull inward.

To correct this, we used cartilage from the septum and strategically placed it to support the nasal valves, keeping the airway open and restoring proper nasal function. This approach improves breathing while maintaining structural integrity and balance.

At just one month after surgery, she is already breathing more comfortably and healing beautifully, with both functional and aesthetic concerns addressed in a single procedure.
