September is always back to school and Back to business for me.

After two magical months in Ibiza, I’ve landed back in New York with a full heart. Yes, it may look like it was all vacation, but the truth is that I am blessed that my “work” is what lights me up the most. Holding space for breathwork and sound journeys with a community that welcomes me so openly fills me with deep gratitude. I am soooo grateful for the interactions and magic I co-created in Ibiza with so many beautiful souls. The day before I left Ibiza the heavens even gifted me one of the most beautiful sunsets of my life!

Now, being back in NY means embracing another rhythm:
✨ Holding Luna in my arms
✨ Reconnecting with friends & clients
✨ Dreaming up new projects & collaborations
✨ Saying yes to both soulful rituals and the fast pace of production work (Vegas already happened!)

And of course… the vibrant pulse of NYC! The energy here is thriving—everyone moving, creating, building. Even looking at the people standing in a long line just to grab a matcha from the “best new place” feels like part of this City’s rhythm. Thank G-d I make the best matchas at home! But all of this, It’s a reminder that here, momentum is alive everywhere and “…if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere!”

And here’s the lesson I keep coming back to:
Life is seasonal. Just like September marks a “return,” we all flow between cycles of expansion and grounding, celebration and creation. What matters is bringing presence and love into each season—whether it looks like island sunsets or NYC subway rides.

Today is exactly two weeks since I landed from Ibiza, grateful for all the magic that has unfolded, my heart is wide open for what’s next. I spent a weekend with Daria’s Godmother and her beautiful grandchildren, who were mesmerized by Daria aka “the baby whisper”. I flew to Las Vegas for production work and got to work with some of my favorite people in the world! I spent a glorious weekend in nature in Connecticut with beloved friends. 🦁 August 8 – Lion’s Gate Portal

It’s a time to dream boldly, think innovatively, and open your heart to humanity.

🪐 August 10 – Mercury Goes Direct Finally! Mercury joins Jupiter, Venus, Uranus, Neptune, and Saturn in a powerful alignment in the sky — clearing pathways for communication, clarity, and flow. Yay! Some of these planets will be visible to the naked eye!

❤️‍🔥August 11 – Jupiter + Venus Conjunction. An auspicious meeting that brings blessings in love, good fortune, abundance, and unexpected opportunities.

💫 August 12 – Perseid Meteor Showers, One of the most beautiful celestial dances of the year — a reminder of the magic and vastness of the universe. Stay out late at night or before down to see shooting starts dancing in the sky.

✨ This week is a cosmic invitation to meditate, reflect, open your channels, and pray to live in your highest frequency — in harmony with your soul’s purpose, in service to the evolution of humanity.

Life is a labyrinth, not a straight line.

You walk… step by step… unsure if you’re moving forward or circling back.

You feel lost. Alone. Disoriented.
But something inside whispers—keep going.

Pain arises not to punish, but to point.
It tells us something is off, something within us longs to be seen, healed, remembered.

Joy, too, arrives not to distract, but to remind us of the beauty that still lives beneath the ache and gift that it is to be alive.

Walking the path of life is like walking a sacred labyrinth:
You think you’re far from yourself, and suddenly—you’re near.
You feel confused, but all along—you are being led back to your center.

The greatest journey is not out there.
It’s the one inward.
The one where we strip away the noise, the stories, the masks.
The one where we dare to feel.
The one that we dare to listen to our heart.
The one that we dare to live with radical honesty with ourselves and others.

To grieve.
To awaken.
To remember.

The greatest challenge in this life?
To truly know ourselves.
To listen deeply.
To walk with presence.
To trust that the path is not linear—but sacred.

So, today take a breath.
Take a step.
Trust that you are where you need to be.
Be gentle to yourself.
And walk yourself back home.

These days, life feels like a wave of karmic lessons one after the other one.

Things shifting. People fading. Truths surfacing.

Karmic seasons don’t always look mystical or graceful.

Sometimes they look like….
Grief that takes over.
Uncertainty that is disorienting.
Loss that feels truncating.
Ache that doesn’t stop.

In some cases, the outer reality is shifting, situations and relationships reshaping, communities evaporating and so on and so forth.

Other times, it’s parts of yourself breaking down —old dreams, identities, roles.

It can feel like being emptied… and not yet knowing what’s to come.

In those moments, I tell myself…
Remember to breathe into the discomfort. Just to sit with it.

Remember, the way others treat you is a reflection of them, not of you.

Remember to RECONNECT, to come back—again and again—to your center and find the karmic lesson.

This isn’t about losing.
It’s about aligning.
Aligning with what feels fair, just, respectful and equal.
With what honors your heart and your growth.
Even when it means letting go.
Even when it’s not easy.

If you feel the wind whirling , you’re not alone. We’re all being reshaped from the inside out.

I tell myself trust the becoming.

Couple of weeks ago I was with friends talking about life with Ai.
One of them asked: Have you asked ChatGPT what she (she is a she for me) thinks about you?
We all laughed, but guess what I did when I got home?
Of course I went ahead and asked her!

I must say, she is so smart! She gave me a description that I will cherish and aspire to become.

I had my birthday a couple of weeks ago—not just a celebration of years, but a deep pause to witness who I’ve become.

Since a young age, I’ve been a seeker. A seeker of what?
I didn’t know… but I kept searching.

Fueled by that endless quest, I’ve walked many paths.

I’ve learned from Masters, sat in ceremonies, trained in many traditions, and adopted daily practices—not to collect credentials, but in hopes of finding what I was searching for.

And after all the devotion to my spiritual path, I finally found what I was looking for.
Myself.

Because the truth is: the answers we’re looking for aren’t out there.
They live within and we must spend time—real time—getting to know ourselves.

That’s where the magic begins.
That’s where the power lives.
I don’t teach from theory.
I teach from experience.
From breathless moments of surrender.
From the quiet voice that rises when the world goes silent.
From the resilience built through falling and rising again.
From deep pain that cracked me open… and brought me home.

Today, I meet the woman in the mirror with self-love and self-respect.

I wouldn’t have made it without her—without her faith, her gratitude, her compassion.

The woman I see today carries the wins of her journey.
- She knows that power isn’t about overpowering others—it’s about treating them with fairness.
- She knows that true power doesn’t rise by pushing others down, but by uplifting them.
- She knows that the one who wins is the one who never loses herself just to prove her worth.
