Given that this is the last full moon of year it is our chance to release those narratives that don’t support our growth or limit us to achieve our goals!

In my work, I see it everywhere, perhaps because that was my journey, people seeking for something Greater, something real, something that feels like home.

And the only thing that can take you home is reconnecting back to your soul again and again, because yes, we disconnect!

Today we have a SUPER Full Moon in Ta**us!

Ta**us, ruled by Venus, governs our sense of worth, comfort, and connection to the physical realm. When the Moon illuminates this sign, it invites us to slow down and root deeply, to find divinity in simplicity….. a good meal, a warm embrace, the sound of the wind, the texture of the earth, a comfy blanket and sweet to experience pleasure.

It’s a time to explore your sense of worth, abundance and what you really need in life.

New Moons offer us a sacred pause, an invitation to plant new seeds, begin new projects, or simply start something we wish to grow and expand.

This particular New Moon landed at the final degree of Libra, giving us a gentle yet powerful sense of urgency to address what feels unresolved before the energy shifts.

The Libra New Moon shines a light relationships, friends, family, work, all of them!
Which relationships nourish your soul, and which ones drain your energy?
Which connections inspire growth, and which ones hold you back?

Not everyone is meant to walk with us forever. Some souls arrive to teach, others to awaken something within us and each encounter carries wisdom.

Relationships are our greatest mirrors. Through them, we learn about ourselves, our needs, our wounds, and our capacity for love.

This New Moon may highlight areas where balance and awareness are needed. In which relationships are you a give or a taker? How can you create balance in them?

Happy Friday to you all!

Here are some beautiful pictures that my friend took of me in an open fig-tree field.

It felt good to be walking barefoot on the softness of the soil and getting the warmth of the sun rays into my body. It felt raw. It felt real.

I’ve been quiet here lately… not because I have nothing to say, but because life has felt so full. I have been taking time to try to process what is happening in front of us, not really in front, but how our reality is being manipulated.

Sometimes I wonder where this ship that we call Earth is going.

Sometimes I wonder who really needs another post?

When I scroll through my feed, it’s mostly ads powered by Ai and quick fixes….the five secrets to change your life, how to become a millionaire by 25, how feel the beset or**sm that you have ever felt... Everything starts to feel noisy, hollow, and disconnected.

So, I chose silence. I chose to be present with my work, my daughters, my cat, my 1:1 clients, and most importantly, with myself. It is in the silence that I find my peace nowadays, not in the constant stimulation from the outer world.

The world feels surreal, we are living in a matrix where the distance between what we’re told and what is true grows wider by the day. I find myself living in a state of “disbelief”, as if there is an outer supreme eagerness and urgency to create distortion of reality and I am constantly trying to grasp what is real.

The confusion and instability feel palpable in the streets of New York, there is an undercurrent of tension that makes people walk with their guard up, pulling us away from our kindness and humanity.

I find myself reflecting deeply on what’s real, what’s sacred, and how we can each return to presence in a time when everything is trying to pull us away from it.

I find myself once again anchoring within.

September is always back to school and Back to business for me.

After two magical months in Ibiza, I’ve landed back in New York with a full heart. Yes, it may look like it was all vacation, but the truth is that I am blessed that my “work” is what lights me up the most. Holding space for breathwork and sound journeys with a community that welcomes me so openly fills me with deep gratitude. I am soooo grateful for the interactions and magic I co-created in Ibiza with so many beautiful souls. The day before I left Ibiza the heavens even gifted me one of the most beautiful sunsets of my life!

Now, being back in NY means embracing another rhythm:
✨ Holding Luna in my arms
✨ Reconnecting with friends & clients
✨ Dreaming up new projects & collaborations
✨ Saying yes to both soulful rituals and the fast pace of production work (Vegas already happened!)

And of course… the vibrant pulse of NYC! The energy here is thriving—everyone moving, creating, building. Even looking at the people standing in a long line just to grab a matcha from the “best new place” feels like part of this City’s rhythm. Thank G-d I make the best matchas at home! But all of this, It’s a reminder that here, momentum is alive everywhere and “…if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere!”

And here’s the lesson I keep coming back to:
Life is seasonal. Just like September marks a “return,” we all flow between cycles of expansion and grounding, celebration and creation. What matters is bringing presence and love into each season—whether it looks like island sunsets or NYC subway rides.

Today is exactly two weeks since I landed from Ibiza, grateful for all the magic that has unfolded, my heart is wide open for what’s next. I spent a weekend with Daria’s Godmother and her beautiful grandchildren, who were mesmerized by Daria aka “the baby whisper”. I flew to Las Vegas for production work and got to work with some of my favorite people in the world! I spent a glorious weekend in nature in Connecticut with beloved friends. This week I’ll be sharing breathwork and journeys and .studio, and I would love to see some of you there. See links on BIO.
