For the longest time, I felt like there was something wrong with how I think.
I didn’t just live life; I dissected it.
I’d stay up wondering:
-Why do some people stay stuck for decades while others leap?
-Why do certain decisions feel like a breeze for some and a mountain for others?
-I felt like an outsider looking at the "invisible architecture" behind every problem.
During my years as a journalist, this curiosity was my job.
But in my personal life, it often felt like a high-performance engine spinning its wheels in the mud—otherwise known as rumination. It was exhausting. I felt like I was working so hard just to stand still.
Then I discovered coaching.
I realized that "overthinking" is just undirected curiosity.
When you put a steering wheel on that engine, it becomes insight.
As a natural "Questioner," I learned that the very habit I once saw as a weakness is actually the foundation of a great coach. The shift was simple but profound:
-Journalism is about asking to get information.
-Coaching is about asking to create transformation.
If you’ve spent your life reflecting, analyzing patterns, and wondering about the "why" behind human behavior, you aren't just an overthinker.
You’re a high-capacity thinker waiting for a purpose.
You don’t need to silence your loud mind.
You can channel it into clarity—for yourself and for others.
Are you ready to turn your curiosity into a professional skill?
I’d love to show you how we use the BETAS framework to move from mental loops to holistic coherence.
It’s the difference between being lost in your thoughts and being the person who helps others find their way out.
