Michael has been in the kitchen for over twenty years with extensive hands-on cooking experience with his mother, aunts, and both grandmothers. In addition, Michael has restaurant management and non-profit philanthropic experience before venturing as a personal cook. He is also a certified Food Handler with current certification from the New York State Department of Health. Along with a natural affinity for excellent cuisine, Michael’s unwavering commitment is to deliver great food and professional service to the elderly and disabled.
