🗣BIG CHANGES | are on the horizon (and I’m not just talking about my hair). The past 18 months have been a roller coaster for us all, however I’m super excited to step off this ride and get back to doing one of the things I love most, moving with you all! In addition to the in person classes starting this week (see deets below) I can’t wait to share w/ you what I’ve been working on this past year and a half. Updates are coming, I promise. From beaches to blizzards ~ this month I took a hiatus from Instagram and enjoyed spending time with my family and friends, in New York and abroad. Ironically while unplugged I felt more connected than ever. One of the benefits of social media is the bridges it builds btw those distanced by time and geography, but I dislike how easily it disconnects us from those immediately around us. Finding balance is a real but necessary struggle as the world continues to shift and network in this fashion. Would love to hear and share how you all are balancing this on and off screen life. What limits do you set to find equality in both terrains? @ Estes Park, Colorado

🍂 As this season comes to a close, with mixed sentiments, so does my time at Yogaworks Soho. | 1,870 | The number of classes I’ve taught within those wooden walls. Such incredible energy, magical moments, and friendships have been forged in that unique space. It is where my career blossomed to new heights, the concept of Bodhi Sculpt was born, and where I discovered the most valuable gem of all—my YW family. You are the most incredible crew I’ve ever had the chance to work with; authentic, consistent, open minded and always ready to work {and play}!

I hope you all will continue to follow my journey, and I yours, as there are still MANY opportunities to find me in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and abroad.

New class locations and exciting events are in the works! Keep checking IG and my website for updates. Also, as I readjust my schedule, if there are specific class times or neighborhoods you’ve been wanting my class, now is the time to share!

🍁Tremendous growth often comes from such periods of change, rest, and renewal so I’m looking forward to what the next season brings!

In the meantime, LET’S PARTY! It’s a 10 DAY COUNTDOWN from the moment I land September 17th. I’m opening the play chest filled w/ all your favorite sequences, playlists, and toys (yep—Chairs, Bands, Sliders, and more...)
