Air Fryer Sticky Sesame Chicken Breast
This sauce caramelizes perfectly.
That glossy, deep amber glaze you see? It’s not just for looks—it clings to every inch of the chicken, creating a sticky, slightly crisp coating that’s packed with sweet, savory, and garlicky flavor. The outside caramelizes beautifully in the air fryer, forming those rich, golden edges with tiny toasted sesame seeds embedded into the surface.
Slice into it and you’ll find juicy, tender chicken inside, soaking up all that bold flavor without drying out. The contrast is what makes this irresistible—sticky, slightly crisp on the outside, soft and moist in the center.
Every bite hits with that perfect balance: a little sweet, a little salty, and just enough texture from the sesame seeds and lightly charred glaze.
It’s fast enough for a weeknight, but tastes like something you’d order from your favorite takeout spot.
Quick cook time, minimal cleanup, and big flavor payoff.
This one easily becomes part of your regular rotation.
