Blender Pound Cake — the kind that surprises you

This is one of those recipes that feels almost too easy. Everything goes into the blender, no fancy steps, no mixer, no stress. And somehow, it still comes out soft, golden, and comforting every single time.

Ingredients
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Add the eggs, sugar, oil, milk, flour, and baking powder to a blender. Blend until the batter is smooth and fully combined.
Grease a cake pan and lightly dust it with flour. Pour in the batter and bake for 30–40 minutes, until the cake is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before removing from the pan.

Tips
A splash of vanilla or lemon extract adds a nice touch.
For serving, a light dusting of powdered sugar or a few fresh berries is all it needs.

Simple, reliable, and perfect when you want homemade cake without the extra work.

Water changes everything when it comes to dough 💧🍞

Same ingredients, totally different results.
From stiff and firm to soft, airy, and sticky — hydration decides the texture, crumb, and final bread style.

Lower hydration gives you tight doughs like bagels and pretzels.
Medium is perfect for everyday breads and pizza.
Higher hydration brings those open holes we love in artisan loaves and focaccia.
Very high? That’s where ciabatta magic happens.

Once you understand hydration, dough stops being confusing and starts being fun.

No-knead dough, four easy ways 🍞

Same simple base, totally different vibes.
Plain and classic, mixed with herbs, loaded with cheese, or made hearty with whole wheat — all without kneading, stress, or fancy tools.

This is the kind of dough you stir once, forget about, and let time do the work. Perfect for busy days, cozy weekends, or when you just want fresh bread without the effort.
