We offer Reiki sessions and workshops in New York City and a virtual practice platform to the whole
Dive Into Reiki was founded by Reiki Master Nathalie Jaspar to provide people who work in high-level stress industries—advertising, production, and finance—a natural and efficient way to relax and regain their balance. Nathalie is a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and with three levels of training in Reiki with the New York International Reiki Center, as well as the Master level with the Center for True Health to incorporate a more Japanese style into her practice. Nathalie often volunteers at the JCC Reiki Clinic led by renowned Reiki Master Pamela Miles. She has over 5 years of professional practice and specializes in stress management, emotional release, and Burnout syndrome support. Besides Reiki sessions, Nathalie is passionate about offering new ways to experience the benefits of Reiki. She regularly joins forces with practitioners from other healing modalities to create breakthrough energetic workshops for individuals and corporate clients.

I had to survive my way through a “leadership” training at work but the one tjing I liked was coming up with a life brief. Just got the t-shirt with the headline of what I want this year to be ☺️✨🙏

Just for today can be also understood as every breath. And every breath can mean any action, no matter how small… text without anger, without worry, being grateful and compassionate.

When things are so unstable, gratitude for the simple things—breathing, running water, streaming music, rain—can become an anchor that brings us stability and joy.

I had to sit through a very surreal leadership training at my workplace where we were asked to set a “life brief” for 2026. As usual I doodle and write together without thinking too much. But today looking back at that page I actually felt this is something I want to embrace next year not only at work, but in my spiritual practice and daily life. Is there something you would like to embrace for next year?

I often take for granted small everyday gifts from breathing to having hot water or having a warm blanket in winter. Increasing my awareness of these small miracles has been a beautiful gratitude practice that has helped reduce anger and worry and increase joy and wonder. What are you grateful for today?

7 things to know about Nathalie
She was born in Belgium, grew up in Venezuela and has lived in New York for over two decades.
She’s fluent in English, Spanish and French but can fake her way through Portuguese and Italian. Sometimes, when she’s excited it seems she’s speaks all of them together. Just ask her to slow down.
She believes that life is a discovery, and that a spiritual practice gives you the tools to be able to travel down this road with more ease and joy.
She practices Iaido, a Japanese martial art that emphasizes the ability of quickly drawing a sword. Don’t worry. The sword is blunt.
She loves books, opera, and bold lipsticks.
She's also a writer, which has led her to many incredible adventures, from creating the texts for an award-winning children’s book to writing hair-care commercials for Gisele Bündchen (who’s actually nice and spiritual besides being stunning.)
Her style is simple, down to earth, warm, and yes, sometimes, peppered with some fun storytelling.
