75-Hour DY LOAY TT “Dharma’s Choice: The Essence of Dharma Yoga”

Dates: April 26-May 3, 2026

NEW for 2026: the inaugural 75-Hour DY LOAY TT “Dharma’s Choice: The Essence of Dharma Yoga”. Open to those that have completed their 200 and / or 500-Hour DY LOAY certification with us. As Sri Dharma Mittra often says: “Everything needs an update.” While the essence of yoga stays constant, Sri Dharma is constantly striving to make his teaching as focused and relevant as possible for the person of today. In this TT, we will introduce a new series based on Sri Dharma’s All Level Complete Practice and get to know it well through detailed, interactive breakdowns and teaching within small groups. We will also debut an updated companion to the LOAY Teachers’ Manual that has been in the works since the fall of 2025 and that will be presented through a variety of sessions as part of this TT.

A digital certificate will be provided to those who have attended all training sessions and completed their small group teaching.
