Exciting News!

Starting next week, Sri Dharma Mittra is expanding his teaching schedule, both in person at the Dharma Yoga Center and online via Zoom!

What’s new:

- Tuesdays: Sri Dharma’s classes will now be offered in person & online (previously online only)
- All weekday Master classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays will now begin at 11:30 a.m. local time (shifted 30 minutes earlier)
- Evening classes are back! For the first time in 5 years, Sri Dharma will teach two Wednesday evening classes, in person and online.
