We know that adding Chinese Medicine into your fertility plan greatly improves pregnancy rates.

One recent study showed the proportion of live births was significantly higher in the (Chinese Medicine) group (61.3%) compared with the usual care (48.2%).

Also, Fewer spontaneous abortions occurred in the (Chinese Medicine) group compared with the other groups.

There are many reasons for this, of course.

One way Chinese Medicine is different than Western Medicine is that it can treat subtle imbalances that don’t necessarily show up on lab tests, but might be affecting your fertility.

In Chinese Medicine, the Liver System has a lot going on besides just helping to detox your body. It is involved in everything from hormonal regulation and emotional balance to smooth & regular cycles. When it gets a little stagnant, you might feel irritated or more intense or painful periods. It needs to be running smoothly for optimal fertility! Does your Liver System need a little support? There are a lot of things you can do to help it along, but acupuncture is at the top of the list!

I know, I know. Once you've decided it's time to have a baby, you mean NOW. After a lifetime of trying to avoid pregnancy, now you're finally READY. In Chinese Medicine, your Kidney system actually is considered your fertility battery pack! "The Kidneys" refer to not just the actual organ, but a group of functions in the body, and reproductive function is a main one for Kidney system! Egg and s***m quality, maintaining an implantation and even libido can all have something to do with different aspects of Kidney function. A practitioner can help determine if your Kidney system needs some support!
