Every time you eat, your body is supposed to convert that food into energy.
For most people over 35 — it is not doing that efficiently anymore.
Not because of what you are eating. Because of what is missing inside the cell.
NAD+ declines approximately 1% every year after 30. When levels drop, your mitochondria cannot run the energy conversion your body depends on. The food you eat does not become fuel. It becomes stored fat. It becomes fatigue that does not resolve no matter how much you sleep.
