Some wedding cake!!, and this one was at the welcome party!
I see many brides hoping for a befitting smile for their main event, naturally of course, and I refer to this enlightening of theirs as a “wedding outlook realization”, where their minds revolve around everything related to their beauty and confidence in their next chapter of life.
We love dressing up their smiles, as seen here a simple mock-up simulation during their consultation directly applied onto areas of concern to preview what can be achieved! I find this very effective to showcase the options as we both realize the ideal plan.

Gratifying result on a post-orthodontic case on a 14 year-old to restore her smile. Congenitally missing her left lateral incisor and an under-sized right peg lateral. I usually do not resort to porcelain until a later age in life, but it made sense here. No prep designs on the lateral nor canine. A 3/4 emax crown onto 7, and an emax veneer retained cantilever off of 11. And composite bondings on three of the neighboring teeth to balance the symmetry. When she matures, will convert to full porcelain veneers on the bonded teeth, a replacement onto 7 and an implant restoration into 10.

A single unit crown on the left central incisor made to match ideally in color and shape with neighboring composite bondings on the right central incisor and left lateral incisor. An immediate post op here, as the gum will drop down to close up the gum embrasure space around the crown. A tough task in matching up different materials in the esthetic zone, if done meticulously do work out.

A significant full mouth transformation to undo signs of wear and aging. The vertical dimension was raised to allow for this impactful result by adding height to the lowers, regenerating what’s been lost over the years and improving on the esthetics beyond their natural condition. Concerns with spacing, uneveness, discoloration and extreme wear were all corrected. With utmost gratification to my most appreciative and respectful dear patient!!
