You wake up, check your watch, and see the number you were hoping for : a 95% recovery score. According to the tech on your wrist, you’re primed for a great workout. You head out for your run feeling confident. And then, a few minutes in, it starts: that ache in your arch, pain in your heel, or burning in the ball of your foot. So what’s going on? In this blog, The Center for Podiatric Care and Sports Medicine explains the discrepancy. https://tinyurl.com/yvr7xvkn

From ballet flats to retro sneakers, shoe trends change faster than the seasons. One minute it's chunky dad shoes, the next it's slim suede silhouettes.
But you know what's always in vogue? A foot that doesn't hurt. 😉
✨ Support that Works: Your arch shouldn't feel abandoned, even in a flat.
✨ Space to Breathe: A "slim silhouette" shouldn't mean squished toes.
✨ A Solid Foundation: The sole should protect you from the pavement, not just decorate your foot.
The best trend is one you can actually walk in without pain. We help you find styles that fit your feet as well as they fit the moment: https://tinyurl.com/2byy2np4

It's Raynaud's Awareness Month, and the condition certainly needs to be better understood. This year, we're helping out by explaining how he dramatic color changes during a Raynaud's attack are a direct window into what's happening with your blood vessels.
It's a process called a vasospasm. Here's the science, simplified:
⚪Vasoconstriction: The blood vessels clamp down, causing the skin to turn white.
🔵Cyanosis: A lack of oxygen in the tissues leads to a blueish tint.
🔴Reperfusion: The vessels open up, and the returning blood flow causes a flush of red.
Knowing the science helps you understand the symptoms. And if you've got follow-up questions, we've got answers! Get in touch by following the link:

1 in 4 older Americans will suffer a fall at one point or another, but here's the thing: falling is NOT a natural part of getting older.
A few other points...
- Using supportive devices will NOT lead to a loss of independence. In fact, it can PRESERVE independence by fending off disabling injuries!
- Staying away from activity isn't the answer. With regular balance and strength exercises, older adults DECREASE their chance of falling
- Unsure if you've got balance issues? In a safe setting, try standing with one leg off the ground for five seconds. Struggling? You might need some help!
Honor Falls Awareness Month and take action today. Our team is just a call or a click away: https://tinyurl.com/4324a5r4

Feeling like you're landing on bone with every step? Years of activity can wear down your foot's natural padding.

What if you could restore that shock absorption with a completely natural solution? Foot fat grafting uses a small amount of your own purified fat, precisely injected into the ball of the foot to rebuild the cushioning you've lost. It's a safe, minimally invasive way to address pain from fat pad atrophy and chronic plantar fasciitis. Read more about it in our latest blog: https://tinyurl.com/ydy7j29v
