Progressive Movement Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab provides evidence-based, one-on-one individualized assessment, treatment, and progressive rehabilitation to the active population of New York City. Progressive Movement Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab offers professional and experienced service with an emphasis on quality treatments, collaboration, and education. Because we stress quality over quantity, all appointments are one-on-one with the physical therapist. Evaluations are 60 minutes and follow up treatments are 45 minutes. Progressive Movement Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab is located on 78th Street, one block from Central Park, between Madison and Park Avenues. The nearest subway station is three blocks away served by the 6 Train at the Lennox Hill Hospital stop. The clinic is also accessible by many handicap-accessible city buses on Madison and 5th Avenues and by the cross-town 79th street bus, all of which are less than a block away. For those that have cars, street and garage parking are available throughout the Upper East Side.

And we’re back to accepting new patients! Congrats to our co-founder Chris Margallo for leading the USA Track & Field medical team at the Pan American Games for the past 3 weeks. They helped bring home 25 medals and 8 golds for Team USA 🇺🇸
