These are SOME of the ways I do things differently than I was taught.

I see so man therapists running from the label of therapist out of fear. Feeling constrained into what they THINK they can or can't do.

I was there too. But truth be told, I don't want anyone talking my 26 years of experience from me because I do thing differently. And I will no longer give it away.

Yes, I wear many hats and THERAPIST is one of them.

Therapists....during a time when we are needed the most, we are bombarded with messages about how we need to abandon ourselves the most.

And the truth is many of us have that internal messaging already embedded in us from our upbringing, our education or our own internal value structure about what "it means" to be a helper.

If this resonates with you, join me and as we break through some of this internal messaging to move BEYOND THE CODE.

Come celebrate Social Work month with us. All therapists are welcome, no matter the title.

SOCIAL WORKERSSSSSSS!

Are you tired of thinking you CAN'T expand in your business?

We hear so much about what we can't do or shouldn't do...especially when it comes to how you earn your income!

Many times what we are told are ethical codes are individual MORAL codes imposed on us that DO NOT serve us or those we serve.

In fact, we know the systems we are trained in serve very few

If you are TIRED and want to break this pattern join me and on March 19th at the beautiful in Atlanta.

Come for community.
Come for light bites.
Come for information.
Leave with INSPIRATION!

Wanting a retreat next year? Ask any questions you have below!

2026 we are not spending money and not receiving value.

When it comes to retreats here are things to consider:

Do you want:

- Education: professional or business development.
- Relaxation: Just some time away to reset
- Transformation: Spiritual and/or emotional life changing experience that supports in healing Unresolved trauma and/or deepens your understanding of yourself so you can shift your life.

Based on what you want, please vet, vet, vet your facilitators. What makes them the best person to support you? Do you know anyone who has experienced their work before? Are there methods aligned with your values? Does the location feel safe? Are the demographics of other participants important to you? Is there support post experience to help with integration, if needed.

Retreat experiences are an investment. Please make sure you are intentional about understanding your needs and what your choosing before saying yes.
