I didn’t make New Year’s resolutions this year.

I stopped waiting for January to give myself permission to change.

Since October, I’ve been shifting my habits — less scrolling, more creating, calmer nights, slower mornings.

Real change doesn’t come from pressure.
It comes from intention.

You don’t need a new year to begin again 🤍

I feel like the same person, but I know I have changed so much in 10 Years. And I loved past Meli and the present Meli.

Most of my life has been the same: living in the same place with my loving husband.

Practicing and teaching yoga.

So I am all for it, to remind myself how much I have grown, what a beautiful life I have, and to feel blessed for the 10 years I have lived.

I was talking to my dad, and he was asking me how our trip to Japan was. And I was telling him all our adventures.

Then, I told my father how blessed I feel because Jae and I can travel together to different parts of the world.

I was telling him that it's all because I chose to move to the USA, which opened the doors for me to travel. I am really content with my life, with all the choices I have made since I was in my early 20s.

Now in my 40s, I am so content, I am living my dream life with my best friend, my husband Jae.
