At MBC, we're looking for an enthusiastic ABA Therapist to join our dedicated team of professionals serving children with autism and related developmental needs.

🧠 In this role, you will:
✅ Implement ABA-based programs using DTT, Task Analysis, and NET
📈 Collect behavior data and apply research-driven interventions
🤝 Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs and therapists
🧩 Prepare engaging teaching materials and support student progress
🛡️ Utilize Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) techniques when necessary
🔄 Float across teams to assist where you’re needed most — flexibility is key!

✨ This role is ideal for you if you have:
✔ Experience working with children with Autism or PDD using the ABA model
✔ A strong desire to learn, grow, and work in a collaborative setting
✔ A passion for helping children thrive through structured, compassionate care

🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
💰 Salary: $55,000–$65,000/year (based on education, experience & certifications)

We’re excited to welcome Sabrina Beverly as our newest ABA Therapist at Manhattan Behavioral Center!

Originally from Virginia and now based in NYC, Sabrina holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Regent University and brings experience supporting children across clinical, home, and special education settings as both a Special Education educator and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She is passionate about using evidence-based ABA to help children reach their individualized goals and values strong collaboration with families and team members to create positive, supportive learning environments.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to **Victoria “Vic” Cholodecki**, our newest **ABA Therapist**! 🎉

Vic brings about three years of experience as a Behavior Therapist/RBT and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in **Applied Behavior Analysis** at **Western Connecticut State University**. She’s passionate about applying what she’s learning in school to her everyday work supporting children with ASD and related disorders—making therapy both meaningful and fun.

Outside of work, Vic enjoys producing music, junk journaling, collaging, and playing acoustic and bass guitar. We’re excited to have her creativity, energy, and dedication on our team. Welcome, Vic! 💙
