Sleep Reset is a 7-week virtual group using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for chronic sleep difficulties. This group focuses on helping you break the patterns that keep insomnia going and rebuild confidence in your ability to sleep.

✨ Participants in past groups reported falling asleep faster, fewer nighttime awakenings, improved sleep quality, and better daytime functioning.

🎉 New Publication Alert! I’m thrilled to share my latest article stemming from my original dissertation research: Valor and vulnerability: Honor endorsement and mental health stigma across military and civilian contexts.

This study examined how endorsement of honor norms relates to public stigma, self-stigma, and attitudes toward seeking mental health care among military service members, veterans, and civilians. Our findings suggest that honor-related cultural beliefs can meaningfully shape help-seeking attitudes and may function differently across contexts, perhaps in different ways than we originally anticipated.

This matters because recognizing and addressing these cultural influences can improve interventions and help reduce barriers to care in both military and civilian populations.
