The economy struggles for jobs and business growth because thr real business behind big money is human bodies...Human trafficking Data;
A 2024 International Labour Organization (ILO) report estimates global annual illegal profits from forced labor at $236 billion, with $52 billion attributed to the Americas.
Multiple major brands across industries, particularly fashion and electronics, have been linked to human trafficking risks like forced labor in their supply chains.
Some companies frequently named in reports regarding alleged links to forced labor and child labor in their supply chains, particularly in the cotton or garment sectors, include Adidas, Gap, H&M, Nike, and Inditex (Zara). Luxury brands like Prada, Kering (Gucci), and LVMH (Louis Vuitton) have also scored low in reports assessing their efforts to eradicate forced labor.
Politicians and authority figures contribute to human trafficking primarily through corruption and abuse of power.
* Corruption: Corrupt officials (e.g., police, border control, labor inspectors, judges) accept bribes to ignore or facilitate the crime, providing false documents, tipping off traffickers, impeding investigations, or obstructing justice.
* Direct Involvement: In some cases, governments or state actors themselves have a policy or pattern of forced labor or s*xual exploitation, or individual officials may be directly involved in trafficking networks.
* Inaction/Policy: Weak rule of law, inadequate victim protection, restrictive immigration policies, and failure to address underlying vulnerabilities (like poverty and discrimination) can unintentionally enable traffickers.
SOLUTION: Vote out these politicians, judges and representatives who have been enforcing corruption...
Politicians and representatives influence the low-income issue by creating, funding, or blocking policies related to social safety nets (like SNAP or Medicaid), minimum wage, affordable housing, education, and taxation.
Their actions can:
* Worsen the issue: By reducing funding for social programs, opposing minimum wage increases, implementing regressive tax policies, or focusing on interests of wealthier constituents and donors.
