Last night, we led our first Reiki Reset Circle ✨✨✨ of the fall 🍁🍁🍁 at Suryaside. We reflected on our summer experiences, released old narratives and what no longer supports our growth, and set our intentions for the new season through meditation, writing and Reiki.
Thank you to everyone who attended the circle including the first-timers and recurring members 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼. And thanks to the Suryaside team for continuing to offer your warm and healing space for this monthly container of self-exploration, self-love and self-care 💖💖💖.
