We teach Alignment, Vinyasa Flow, Gentle, Restorative, and Yin Yoga Classes. For studio yoga check o Located on the 3rd fl. in a beautiful space.

We are a yoga studio in Belle Harbor Yacht Club overlooking the bay and Manhattan. We offer open level yoga classes, yin, gentle, stretch & restore and lots of great workshops.
