They’re either:

healthy + your kids refuse to eat it OR they love it, but are full of junk ingredients 🙃

I finally found organic bars + cookies that my kids ask for on repeat (which rarely happens)

✨ Simple ingredients you can pronounce
✨ No refined sugars
✨ No junk
✨ Gluten-free + vegan
✨ Actually taste good

They’ve been perfect for lunchboxes, after school meltdowns + throwing in my bag on busy days

If you’re trying to stock your pantry with cleaner options without the snack battles COMMENT “SNACK” + I’ll send you the link for the variety pack I ordered 🙌

HOMEMADE GINGER ALE 🫚✨

recipe below, but COMMENT “GINGER” + i’ll send it straight to your inbox 🙌

next time you’re craving a ginger ale, make this instead - it’s husband approved so you know it has to be good

5 simple ingredients > high fructose corn syrup, preservatives, caramel colors + no real ginger

YOU NEED
(use organic ingredients when possible)

* about 8 k***s of ginger
* 3 c filtered water
* 2 tbsp honey
* sparkling water
* juice of 1/2 a lime

WHAT TO DO

you’ll start by making the ginger syrup:

- after washing, peel the ginger, then shred and/or dice (i do both); you should have about 3/4 c when all is said and done
- combine the ginger + water in a pot and bring to a boil over med/high heat
- reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 min
- let cool a bit, then strain + add the honey - mix to dissolve and you have your ginger syrup!

store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week

now onto making the ginger ale:

- combine 1 c seltzer with 1/2 c ginger syrup + the juice of 1/2 a lime
- add ice + drink up!

SO refreshing

some tips/notes:

- you can more or less ginger syrup according to taste preference + add more honey if you like it sweeter (maple syrup also works)
- this would make a great base for a mocktail or a mixed drink 🍹
- this won’t be super carbonated since the ginger syrup takes away from the carbonation factor

CONSTIPATION HACK FOR TODDLERS + LITTLE KIDS 🫧✨

my 5 year old struggled with constipation off and on for a couple of years and my husband and i tried all the natural remedies to help him out

then we found this amazing hack: BLOWING BUBBLES 🫧🫧🫧 (huge shoutout to .belly.whisperer for this one)

between this and his daily probiotic drink, my 4 year old hasn’t had any constipation issues in well over a year + as a parent, this has been a huge relief 😮‍💨

so if your little one is struggling, i highly recommend giving this a try!

WHAT TO DO

when they feel like they have to go, sit them on the toilet and give them a straw cup (with a lid of course) + let them blow bubbles

WHAT IT DOES

- the deep breathing helps their tummies relax, making it easier to go
- it forces their diaphragm to move, gently massaging their intestines
- and it prevents them from pushing too hard

plus, it lets them focus on something fun

ps - it works for grown ups too!

COMMENT “TIPS” + i’ll send you the link to our daily probiotic drink and a few other options that can help your little ones with constipation 🙌

and be sure to LIKE + FOLLOW for more natural remedies ♥️
