KIWI FOR CONSTIPATION 🥝✨

when i was pregnant with my first, my yoga instructor told my prenatal yoga class that kiwi was the best thing to eat when you’re constipated to help get things moving. kind of crazy what you can learn while doing downward dog, but i guess nothing is tmi when you’re pregnant

but this natural solution to constipation has been my go to ever since

WHY KIWI?

kiwi supports regular digestion thanks to its fiber content + a natural enzyme called actinidin, which helps stimulate gut movement

that’s why it can be helpful for constipation in both kids and adults. it’s simple, gentle + my go to when anyone in my house is constipated

HOW MUCH?

• for kids: 1/2 to 1 kiwi

• for adults: 1 to 2 kiwis

best eaten daily until things get moving

COMMENT “KIWI” + i’ll send you a few other options that can help with constipation 💩🙌🏻
