Dr Rossana Dilmanian is a board certified internal medicine primary care physician. She is a graduate of the University of Milan, a century old highly respected institution which is one of the largest universities in Europe. After working at the medical research program of the Mount Sinai Hospital, she continued her graduate training in The Brooklyn Hospital Center Cornell University residency program.

Dr Dilmanian has been practicing primary care medicine for over 2 decades, serving the communities of Brooklyn. She attends to elderly frail patients with complex chronic medical problems in subacute care facilities after which she sees patients in the office. Her training, knowledge and experience is of great value to our patients. Her professional and empathic approach to patient care is the value she brings to our patients.

Jacob Levy, MSN, FNP-BC, is a knowledgeable family primary care provider who treats men, women, and children at Prominis Medical Services, a primary care outpatient clinic in New York City. Jacob sees patients at the Glendale office.

He began his professional education at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York City, followed up by a Bachelor of Science degree in 2015, from Chamberlain College. In 2018, he earned a master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from State University of New York Downstate College of Nursing in Brooklyn, New York.

He holds professional memberships with the American Nurses Association and the Orthodox Jewish Nurses Association. Jacob sees patients of all ages, with extensive experience in caring for children and teens with diabetes.

Dr Arthur Brantz is a graduate of California State University (Cal State) and the State University of New York (SUNY). Throughout a distinguished 35 year career as a physician, he served as Associate Professor at George Washington University and in private practice in the Washington D.C. area.

Dr Brantz holds a practice philosophy of empathic care and advocacy for his patients. His superb medical training and clinical experience makes him an excellent primary care physician for our patients.

Valentina Boguslavskaya, RN, MSN, ANP-BC, is a skilled primary care provider. Throughout her career, Valentina has treated patients in a variety of medical settings, including nursing homes, house calls and primary care office settings. As part of the team of providers at Prominis Medical Services, Valentina is proud to care for adults of all ages at the Staten Island, New York office.

Valentina began her medical career in Ukraine. After completing her undergraduate degree at Kiev Polytechnic Institute, she moved to the United States. Valentina enrolled at Long Island University in Brookville, New York, where she completed her graduate training.

As an ANP, Valentina cared for patients in nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities. She also provided house calls to older adults, addressing their health concerns in a familiar setting. Her extensive experience managing patients with complex care needs brings a highly valuable set of clinical skills to Prominis Medical. Valentina understands that many patients rely on their families for care. She works tirelessly to ensure that families and caregivers receive the support they need.

At Prominis Medical Services, Valentina performs comprehensive physical exams and offers preventive care. She's also qualified to prescribe medication, manage prescription regimens, and review test results. Diogenes Almonte, MD, brings more than 35 years of experience in general family medicine to Prominis Medical Services, serving patients in the Williamsburg office.

Dr. Almonte began his professional education at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Almonte completed an internship at the Army Hospital at Santo Domingo. Dr. Almonte subsequently moved to the United States received his residency training at The Brooklyn Jewish Hospital and Medical Center and at Montefiore Mount Vernon Hospital in Mount Vernon, New York. Dr. Almonte also completed a fellowship program in infectious diseases.

As a family physician, Dr. Almonte specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric teenage and adult medical problems. He also offers well-child exams and physicals, vaccinations, immunizations, and preventive medicine and will provide care for children and adults of all ages.

Dr. Almonte holds a license in general medicine and surgery. Dr. Almonte loves spending one-on-one time with his patients and offers attentive, compassionate care.
