11/11 ✨️Good news!!✨️ Keoni did very well at his CT scan today, and we just received the wonderful results!✨️
The tumors on Keoni's neck and spine have shrunk more than half their original size, and the tumors in his liver don't appear at all in the CT scan- they've disappeared!!
Thankfully, Keoni has responded very well to chemotherapy. After the initial phase of fatigue and decreased appetite after chemo, he is now more like himself~ energetic, smiling, and full of life.🤗 His appetite is increasing, and he is starting to gain a little weight, too. 😊
MSK Neuroblastoma Oncologist, Dr. Kushner, will let us know if he thinks Keoni needs chemotherapy for the remaining tumors on his neck and spine, or if he suggests monitoring and rechecking the tumors with a repeat CT next month. We are praying for there not to be a need for further treatment.
