Are you a creative type looking for some direction?
I work as a therapist and guide at the intersection of creative process, executive functioning, and meaning-making. Practically, that often looks like helping writers and other creatives with structure, time, and follow-through — not through rigid systems, but in a way that respects temperament, energy, and the realities of creative work. I’m comfortable getting concrete when it’s useful, and reflective when that’s what’s needed.
Just as important, I have a long-standing interest in the philosophical and spiritual dimensions of work — particularly questions of purpose, service, and belonging — approached in a grounded, non-formulaic way. My orientation is not “self-help,” productivity culture, or corporate coaching, but something more relational and humane, with an eye toward how creative work lives within a larger life and community.
