The Collective has extended our elections for our 2020-2021 Executive Board. The positions we are looking to fill are as follows:
Treasurer
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a financial spreadsheet with up-to-date financial records for The Collective in communication with President
- Preparing and presenting budget requests to TUSC
- Ordering food for events/meetings and coordinate with catering/entertainment companies to complete proper paperwork (invoices, W9, reimbursements, etc.)
Secretary
Responsibilities include:
- Effectively communicating information to the list serve
- Sending out weekly emails, taking attendance at each meeting and sign-ups at events
- Taking e-board meeting minutes/notes and sending to the e-board
Community Outreach/Co-Sponsorship Chair
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating with other clubs to co-sponsor events
- Reaching out to potential guest speakers/performers and organizations to collaborate with
- Working closely with the Treasurer in securing funds
- Attending weekly general body or E-board meetings
- Working to expand our network of clubs

The Collective is currently looking for representatives from each sector of the arts in the Tisch School of the Arts.
We are launching The Collective Representatives initiative to our E-Board to expand our horizons and ensure that every Black student in Tisch is represented by The Collective and has a network of black artists to connect with as a community.
