“Weight loss affects us all differently. For me it was life changing. Not only did my health improve, my well being improved also. The way I lived my life improved. My perspective, my confidence and even my day to day happiness improved.

When I think back to a time before losing weight, all I remember is feeling exhaustion and chronic pain. No amount of sleep helped. No amount of exercise made me feel better. No diet or weight loss plan helped. I remember thinking “I am too young to feel this old.”

For the last 11 years my weight has been stable and Ideal Protein has become a healthy and well balanced way of life. A
50-pound weight loss alleviated pressure on my joints and adopting an alkaline lifestyle significantly reduced my chronic pain. As a client and clinic owner in St. John’s, NL, I have been fortunate to share my experience with thousands of clients I have met along the way. The science behind the protocol drew me in and it’s what keeps me dedicated to the protocol today.
It’s this dedication that has followed me to my new home in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. After careful consideration about this next phase of life I have found myself unable to do anything besides return to what I know and love.
