My go to high protein breakfast option. Keeps you satisfied for hours!
➡️3 eggs
➡️1/4 cup of ground turkey
➡️Green and red peppers.

Calories: ~340–345
➡️ Protein: ~30g
➡️ Fat: ~21g
➡️ Carbs: ~3–4

Let’s keep to simple and sustainable!
My formula is ⬇️⬇️⬇️
3 meals and 2 snacks
➡️ three eggs, a quarter cup of egg whites and a quarter cup of oatmeal with almond milk.
➡️ lean protein and vegetables (chicken, fish, lean beef, turkey)
➡️ Lean protein and a salad
➡️ snack one- protein shake with almond milk
➡️ snack two-fruit(apples, bananas)
➡️ 2 L of water daily
➡️ three days of weight training
➡️ the willingness to commit to something for at least 12 weeks, patience and self love
