I will never let you forget the keys to getting that midsection under control. Looking back, these are the things that I wish I knew. These are the jewels ⬇️⬇️⬇️
➡️Cardio a few days week( 2-3 is a good enough) if the intensity is right. Keep it hard enough that you are out of breath but you can finish 30-45 minute rounds. You don’t need a near death experience every workout.
➡️You must master weight training. Not just moving weights in the gym. I am talking about becoming a real lifter. Learning what muscles to train and how hard to push. If you are over 40 and don’t look muscular it’s because you do not know what you are doing. ( no judgement). You just need to get the right information.
➡️Eating healthy is not about cutting calories. It’s about understanding that food is fuel. Fuel you need to get through workouts and repair muscle. The right protein sources mixed with the right veggies will change how you look and feel.
➡️➡️➡️In April I am starting a small group coaching program for 4 guys that want to get their midsection tighter and learn how to build muscle. Comment “Bundle” for a meal plan and information on how to get started.

Humility…. Most of us consider this a weakness. I think there is a place for self confidence and some arrogance. At the same time there is a place for humility and being willing to take the back seat if it means the front seat later. Be smart about it. Take that ego out of it.
