‘At least two…’ Tragedy beyond tragedy and trauma on top of trauma.

Schools need to be safe havens. Not spaces for preventable, senseless violence over and over again.

‘Joy is a form of resistance.’ -

What a beautiful night - an intimate space surrounded by people filled with gratitude and fortitude for the road that is ahead in these turbulent times. Karine Jean-Pierre was a gift to us tonight, and brought her full self and led with authenticity. 🙏🏾

And celebrating a fellow Sagittarius birthday with the one and only 🇭🇹 chef, , was the perfect complement to this wonderful night in NYC.

Happening TOMORROW, 12/2! Listen 🆙.

I’m excited to be a part of ’s Giving Tuesday Telethon!! And we want YOU to tune in! 📺

I’ll be chatting with my friends at COGI about everyday procedures we gastroenterologists do that give people the ick.

We’ll discuss the following:

💜 the technical perspective vs the patient perspective when it comes to procedures that help to diagnose a disease or treat it.
💜 the idea of a “procedure”, minor or not, and the fears that come along with it
💜 How do we combat that trepidation to get the quality care we need in

One of many beautiful NYC moments to see up close and personal in a ((fairly) intimate space to drop so many pearls that inspired her new book, ‘Simply More.’ Thank you again to my dear friend and fellow Tiger, , for the invite! 🤎

Appreciation post to the fullest!

A big thank you to my incredible family, because without their support, love, honesty, and solid advice, I don’t know where I’d be.

And a happy belated bdays 🥳 to the septuagenarians who are a mere two years shy of their octogenarian years! I hope to be as energetic and full of life when I’m 50 as they are now! 🙏🏾❤️

As they say in 🇭🇹 Creole, ‘bat bwa’!
