Fall changes are coming!
Some of the leaves are starting to shed and even though we still have lingering humidity and summer is not technically over just yet the shift of back to school vibes has started.
Fall allergies + cold and flu: we are all socializing more and more each day. It’s important to acknowledge that this is somewhat new… to have been social distancing for so long and then to be doing things in person again. So give yourself actual time to adjust to it. Exposure self checks should still be a thing! And know that you can schedule an herbal appointment instead of suffering through those allergies while wondering if it might be something else!
Other things:
Come find myself and Sophia today at 2pm eastern for our IG live talk about Mid-Autumn festival, herbs and mooncakes!
Heart-to-Heart Calling in and Calling out workshop for Acupuncturists and Acupuncture students Sept 26 —if you’re BIPOC and want to attend, check my stories for a chance to win a free ticket to the event! We will choose on Sunday 8pm eastern!
Facial Gua Sha workshop for BIPOC and Allies is coming up on Oct 4 link in bio
Qi Gong Workshop for BIPOC Oct 18 link in bio for more info .

Dear women, trans and non-binary folks of Asian descent:
To those that attended our healing circle on Monday...I love us for our rage, tears and vulnerability. We are born to be creators, meanwhile white supremacy tries to rob us of this. I know many of us are not ok and I want to emphasize that we check on each other. Remind each other to eat and be angry together. Make sure your friend gets home ok and/or accompany them on their errands. I know we are often told not to ask for things but let’s instead come into a practice of holding each other. Stay connected...and send your food pics to ...she really loves that
