Hi-Def Liposuction is an advanced body contouring technique designed to sculpt muscle definition and enhance natural anatomy.
I don’t simply remove fat — I strategically contour around the muscle groups to create an athletic, lean, and natural physique.

This approach is ideal for patients who train, eat well, and want their body to reflect their effort. Using precise fat removal and detailed sculpting, we enhance abs, obliques, chest, arms, and waistlines while maintaining smooth, balanced results.

The goal is definition without exaggeration — refined contours that look natural in motion and in real life.

If you’re looking for Hi-Def Liposuction and want results that are sculpted, precise, and customized to your body, a consultation is the first step.

This video shows my patient pre-op with significant inner thigh skin laxity, followed by her immediate post-op result on the operating table after an inner thigh lift.

Even at this early stage, you can see the excess skin is gone and the inner thighs look smoother and more contoured. The incision is placed along the inner thigh and groin crease, where it’s well hidden and designed to fade over time as healing progresses.

Inner thigh lifts can make a big difference in comfort, confidence, and overall body balance—especially for patients with loose skin after weight loss or body contouring.

As with all procedures, results will continue to improve as swelling resolves and healing continues.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘆:
In this short video, I talk about the importance of staging procedures for certain patients. Staging surgery isn’t about doing less—it’s about doing things the right way.

I stage procedures first and foremost for safety—to avoid keeping a patient on the operating table too long or combining too much surgery at once, which helps minimize risk.

I also stage for better results. Separating procedures allows me to enhance each area maximally, rather than skimping to try to do everything at once. This approach lets tissues heal properly and ensures the most natural, balanced, and refined outcome possible.

Every patient is different, and every surgical plan is customized with safety, precision, and long-term results in mind.

This video shows my patient before surgery and then on the operating table right after her 360 VASER liposuction with abdominal etching.

Even at this early stage, you can already see the athletic contour taking shape—natural definition, smooth lines, and balanced proportions. Swelling and bruising are expected and will continue to improve over the coming weeks as the skin retracts and the final result settles in.

My goal with abdominal etching is never to overdo it, but to enhance the patient’s natural anatomy and create a fit, athletic look that still feels effortless and natural.

All procedures are customized to the individual and performed with safety, precision, and long-term results in mind.

I love coming across videos like this and had to share.
This was taken a while back during a photoshoot my patient did after fully healing from her procedures.

She had a staged full body makeover:
• Stage 1: Tummy tuck with muscle repair + breast lift
• Stage 2: 360 VASER lipo with abdominal etching and ultrasound-guided BBL

Her results are natural, balanced, and fit her body beautifully. Watching her move, pose, and enjoy her transformation is always the best part of what I do. She truly looks her very best—and she knows it.

Every plan is customized to the individual, with the goal of enhancing natural shape, not changing who you are.

This short video shows a powerful before-and-after moment.
My patient is seen in the pre-op room showing abdominal skin laxity. The next image is immediately post-op on the operating room table after her tummy tuck and breast augmentation.

Even at this early stage, her results show:
✔️ A flat, tight abdomen
✔️ A natural-looking belly button
✔️ A low tummy tuck scar that can be hidden by underwear or a bikini
✔️ A beautifully balanced silhouette
✔️ Breasts sized to fit her body and her personal goals

Every procedure I perform is customized to the patient’s anatomy to create natural, proportional results that age well over time. Swelling will continue to improve as healing progresses.

All procedures are performed at New York Surgical Arts, our AAAHC-accredited surgical facility, with the support of an experienced board-certified anesthesiologist and dedicated nursing team focused on safety and comfort.

Sharing a powerful look at one of my two-stage body contouring patients.
The first photo shows her pre-op before her tummy tuck, and the second is immediately post-op on the table after her 360 VASER liposuction performed several months later.

By staging her procedures, I was able to refine her contours safely and artistically:
- Smooth, athletic lines
- Natural definition after 360 lipo
- A low, fine tummy tuck scar
- A natural, beautiful belly button
- Balanced, feminine proportions

Even in the immediate post-op phase, her results show the power of planning, precision, and customizing every step to her anatomy.

All procedures are performed at New York Surgical Arts, our AAAHC-accredited facility, with the support of an experienced surgical, anesthesia, and nursing team dedicated to patient safety and comfort.

One of my patients sent me this gorgeous photo from her vacation in Santorini. Several months healed from her body contouring procedure, and seeing her enjoying her results with such confidence truly made my day.

Her Results show:
✔️ Smooth, sculpted contours
✔️ A naturally balanced silhouette
✔️ Beautiful definition without any tell-tale signs of surgery
✔️ A fit, feminine look that suits her perfectly

Her transformation was achieved through a personalized approach designed to create natural, lasting results. My goal is always to enhance anatomy—not mask it—so patients feel confident no matter where life takes them.

I’m grateful for my team at New York Surgical Arts, our AAAHC-accredited facility, and our experienced anesthesia and nursing staff who support each patient throughout their journey.

It’s always special to see my patients living life fully—whether here in NYC, Long Island, or across the world.

✔️ A natural-looking belly button
✔️ A smooth, defined, feminine silhouette

Here you’ll see my patient pre-op and then immediately post-op after VASER lipo of the abdomen, flanks, and back, plus abdominal etching to highlight a natural, athletic physique.

These are fresh post-op results, so swelling will go down and the contours will continue to refine as healing progresses.

Performed at our AAAHC accredited office; New York Surgical Arts, with board-certified anesthesiologists and a full team for safety and comfort.

Transformations like this are why I love what I do.

Here is my patient in the pre-op room just before surgery—showing significant skin laxity, droopy breasts, and weakened abdominal muscles.

Fast-forward a few weeks post-op:
✔️ A smoother, flatter, tighter abdomen
✔️ Beautifully reshaped waistline
✔️ Natural-looking belly button
✔️ Low, fine tummy tuck scar
✔️ Lifted, rejuvenated breasts
✔️ Curvy yet natural silhouette

She had a full tummy tuck with muscle tightening, liposuction, and a breast lift—all performed at New York Surgical Arts, an AAAHC-accredited facility. An experienced board-certified anesthesiologist was part of her care team to ensure safety and comfort throughout the procedure.

Her scar and overall results will continue to improve as swelling settles and healing progresses. Every patient’s journey is unique, and I’m always grateful when someone trusts us with theirs.
