Here you go friends!
Here are the links for today's Back Porch Sessions May 28th and links from guest Darryl on ways to reduce racism and promote diversity and inclusion.
A very deep session today for a special feature. Darryl Aiken-Afam is one of my best friends of 16 years and lives in New York. He developed the movement practice Meridian Touch LLC, and is also a musician, Qi Gong teacher, bodywork practitioner, father, has had like ten careers already, the list goes on! He taught meridian touch classes at Northwestern in Chicago when I was in school there and his teachings have had a profound impact on my life.
Today's show features music, Jaga Silk tea, and also a heavy topic with very powerful insights and actions to take to reduce racism globally, and work toward a world of racial diversity and inclusion:

"Through traditional Eastern mindfulness-based practices and evidence-based social psychology, the Ambient Noise method successfully reduces the effects of racism in groups, organizations, and individuals leading to changed attitudes, opened minds, and effectual conversation & communication around racial Diversity & Inclusion."
Thank you for taking the time to tune in today and walk through a very difficult topic together for this unique session today.
Peace Love Music and understanding,
Sherri Anne
