Yinsa I want to help you take time to do more of what makes your soul happy, so I’m spreading awareness about the elements of a Yinsa lifestyle.

Yoga is more than a practice -- it’s a way of life. I began my journey to an overall healthier lifestyle when I realized I needed a change of pace from my usual hectic life. In 2010, I began practicing yoga, regulating my sleep patterns, using natural products, and creating a healthy diet for myself. After developing Ayurvedic skincare products for myself and clients, I created Yinsa to marry the worlds of yoga and Ayurveda, and created individualized skin care products for clients all over NYC and across the globe. I'm proud to offer private, group, and coaching services, too. As your passionate consultant, I'm here to help you create a lifestyle that helps you find balance and nourishes your soul.

What do you think about modern medicine's approach to women's healthcare?

I feel like there's so much better we can do. The number of people who die from properly prescribed medications in the U.S. alone speaks VOLUMES.

"Thrive" is a course on women's health where and I will be covering a variety of women's health topics through a holistic lens and discover diet, lifestyle, and stress management changes that can truly make a difference in your life.

This course is perfect for those who...
are trying to conceive
are trying not to conceive
are on birth control
are trying to get off birth control
are perimenopausal/menopausal
experience difficult periods
have reproductive issues, (fibroids/pcos, endometriosis, etc.)
have a history of breast cancer, heart disease, osteoperosis, alzheimer
experience a lot of stress in their lives

I'm going to be doing an absolutely FREE mini-course on the topic this Saturday - check out the link in my bio to sign up.

I take pride in the type of products I use for myself. If there's one thing I don't mind splurging more on, it's the "maintenance" to make sure I don't only look good but feel good too.

When it comes to my skincare, I needed something that worked well with my specific issues and the Ayurvedic approach to skincare helped me with that. Now, I make them by hand for others to use as well.

In Ayurvedic medicine, our dosha, or unique mental and physical constitution, dictates how we should care for ourselves. I use these Ayurvedic doshas as a guide to what type of products work best on each person.

With quality in mind, each one of my skincare products is created using 100% pure, organic, herbs, seeds, flowers, roots, and minerals. The formulations don't have any additives or extra preservatives like we find on the shelves at the store.

Each item is truly formulated to nurture true health and your beauty from within.

I have such a limited stock right now so if you're looking to gift some for the holidays or get yourself some Yinsa skincare - check out the link in my bio!

What is self-love? Self-love is an appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological, and spiritual growth. Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve.

One of the biggest things about loving yourself is caring for your body, caring for your health, and making sure you're doing what you can to make sure it's working the right way.

Women's health has been largely ignored in modern western medicine. There are so many problems with how they try to "band-aid" our issues with medications and surgeries. Modern medicine will have us taking drugs that very often do not fix the underlying issue and can make it worse or give us tons of horrible side effects.

I'm working with on a new course, "THRIVE", where we'll be covering topics such as hormones, stress, fertility, menstrual issues, PCOS, breast health, birth control, and other concerns women have been struggling with for decades.

We'll look at all of these through a holistic lens and discover diet, lifestyle, and stress management changes that can truly make a difference in your life. Link in bio for course information but DM me if you have any questions!

What's something that concerns you about women's health today?

Have you tried meditating with Tarot before?

Meditating with Tarot cards can deepen your understanding of the cards with a very personal and reflective level.

It can also be a powerful self-healing tool, a method for manifestation, or a way to access divinity.

When we meditate with the Tarot, we can go deeper into the meaning and symbolism of each Tarot card. It allows us to bypass the conscious mind and connect with our intuition. It's more powerful than looking up the meaning in a book.

By relaxing our mind, and letting go of the constant mental chatter, we open up the pathway to our subconscious mind and begin to tap into a higher level of knowledge and insight.

In this space, we allow our intuition to guide us, and in doing so, we build a deeper understanding of the cards.

I like adding the tarot cards to meditations because they serve as a more spiritual aspect to the practice, and because of how it helps me understand the cards' messages. Have you worked with tarot for meditation before?

Once upon a time, we all viewed the world as a friendly, lighthearted, and inviting place. Then, somewhere in the process of becoming an adult— responsibilities played a bigger role and seriousness took over that fun-loving character.

This is your reminder to focus on the joyful stuff. Do the things that make you happy. Instead of fitting joyful things to do in your schedule, fit your schedule around the things you love to do. If you feel like your days and weeks are full, put on that thing that brings you joy on the next blank spot in your calendar and hold yourself accountable for giving yourself that happiness without rescheduling it.

Also, savor the small things. The small parts of your life that bring you joy like your morning cup of coffee or lighting your favorite candle. Work on romanticizing your life for those extra spaces of joy in your day. 🤍

Ayurveda is about nourishing your mind, body, and soul and becoming in tune with yourself and your body's needs. So, while you can adapt its principles when it comes to your diet, you can also use the same principles when it comes to your skin-care routine.

Ayurvedic skincare is a simple four-step method: cleanse, nourish, and moisturize, spritz. Sounds pretty similar to how we have it here in the U.S. right? The difference comes from the ingredients, quality of products, and personalization based on your dosha type.

With my Yinsa Skincare line, I've implemented Ayurvedic practices and I create each of the products by hand based on your dosha (If you're unsure of your dosha type, there's a quiz on my website!)

Each product is created using 100% pure, organic, herbs, seeds, flowers, roots, and minerals. The formulations don't have any additives or extra preservatives like we find on the shelves at the store. Each item is truly formulated to nurture true health and your beauty from within.

I'm currently with a super limited stock so if you're interested in purchasing some, take a look today!! The next shipment is going out in a couple of days! *Link in my bio*

Ayurvedic medicine teaches us that we are blessed with a uniqueness that makes it impossible to treat our bodies with products based on averages.

In Ayurvedic medicine, our dosha, or unique mental and physical constitution, dictates how we should care for ourselves. No two people are the same, which means that there is no one-size-fits-all method of treating common skincare concerns like breakouts, dry skin, and skin that is sensitive to chemicals.

Each of the Yinsa Skincare items I have available is hand-crafted and put together with you in mind. Since I put everything together myself, I have such a limited quantity of everything.

If you're looking for some new skincare items to try or to gift someone else some hand-made quality products, check the link in my bio. My next batch of products are going out on December 5th 🤍

Do you name your plants?

Given that we've spent much of our time these past couple of years indoors, there are benefits to giving your house plants their identity.

Plants need five things to flourish: water, sunlight, nutrients, air, and space. Plants work just like people, and it's not just based on what they require for growth. Plants are diverse in color, shape, and size. They also have different needs and provide resources to other plants, the soil, people, and animals.

The more we treat our plants like the living organisms they are, caring for them, and nurturing them as we would another human, the more I feel we can learn about ourselves in the process.

Naming our plants and just treating them like people is a fun and healthy way to connect with them and further promotes that investment in their plant care.

What names do you have for your plant babies?

This eclipse season is starting with November's full moon in Ta**us. This full moon is powerful, known as the Beaver Moon.

Full moons are always great times of release, resolution, and brilliance, but this upcoming full moon being a lunar eclipse will put all of that into overdrive.

The Beaver Moon harbors all sorts of major revelations that come to light. It's a great time to allow yourself to stay open to change and let the universe run its course.

With the moon is in Ta**us, a fixed earth sign, the lunation can help us get in touch with our minds and bodies to look for protection for our finances, love, and self-worth.

Here is some journal prompts to ask yourself in preparation for this full moon:
🌕 What occurred during the last new moon? What had just begun?
🌕 Have you moved forward and grown from these experiences or are you currently feeling stuck?
🌕 What obstacles and challenges have taught me meaningful life lessons recently?
🌕 How does abundance show up in my daily life?

I'll be kicking off a Full Moon Circle tomorrow with a full moon circle followed by some Yin Yoga. Sign up and join me with the link in bio. ✨

In Ayurveda, we believe that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between mind, body, and spirit. Mainly, we work towards promoting good health and balance ourselves.

A big part of my story of practicing and teaching Ayurveda is how the holistic methods help impact women's health.

Today, I have a workshop using the lenses of both Ayurveda, the “science of life,” and traditional Chinese medicine. We will explore women’s issues including menstrual health, exercise, sleep, nutrition, beauty, s*x, and relationships... and how to incorporate small changes in your lifestyle to leave a drastic impact.

This will be a great workshop leading into my extensive course coming up with as well. Sign up with the link in my bio!
