Dr. Ellen Coyne has been practicing Chiropractic and serving the New York City community for over 25 years. She is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College and is licensed by the New York State Department of Education and the National Board of Chiropractic. Dr. Coyne is currently the President Emeritus of the New York Chiropractic Council after serving as the Chairman of the Board from 1998-2002. The New York Chiropractic Council is the largest statewide chiropractic organization and was implemental in passing the Insurance Equality Bill. The bill provides assurance that all New York State residents are entitled to chiropractic care through their insurance companies. Just after September 11, 2001, Dr. Coyne's leadership was proven as the Chiropractic Coordinator for chiropractors who voluntarily provided their services at Ground Zero. Dr. Ellen Coyne is also an active member of the The Women's Medical Association of New York City and New York Academy of Sciences and serves on the Executive Board of the Scoliosis Care Foundation and on the State Board for Chiropractic and as an examiner for the National Board for Chiropractors.
