She begins with a guided meditation as she plays crystal singing bowls and other high vibration instruments to produce powerful sound waves which resonate deeply within the body. Sound therapy frequencies help to clear and balance the chakras, or energy centers, of the human body.

This restorative and relaxing experience is enhanced with the benefits of salt cave halotherapy.
