As I'm entering my Sankofa season, this 2026 year

I believe it’s the perfect moment for a reintroduction of me to you!
Whether you’re new to me or you’ve been walking with me through my journey of advocacy, healing, and community transformation thank you for being here. Your presence matters Beloved

I’m Ms. Alicia James, CEO & Founder of The P.A.M Project
A maternal mental health advocate. Community builder. Speaker. Storyteller. Champion for Black mothers, caregivers, and the communities that hold a special space for them.

I talk about the realities and resilience of Black motherhood, the weight and beauty of caregiving, the intersections of mental health and lived experience, and what it means to heal while still showing up for others.

I speak openly and boldly about racism, trauma, identity, and the systems that challenge our wellness and I’m committed to creating safe spaces where we can breathe easy, learn, and rise together.

I’ve built The P.A.M Project from the ground up, led community wellness initiatives, facilitated healing-centered conversations, and supported Black mothers and caregivers who often feel unseen. I’ve turned my own motherhood, caregiving lived experiences into a mission that empowers others to reclaim their own voice, their wellness, and their power.

This space and my experience are real. It’s intentional. It’s rooted in culture, compassion, and truth.

No perfection just honesty, growth, and the reminder that you too deserve to be well.

If you’re showing up each day for your own healing, in need of community, leadership development, advocacy, or becoming the version of yourself you’ve been called to be… you’re in the right place.

Stick around. Introduce yourself.
And if you’re looking to collaborate, book a speaker, or in need of a mentoring coaching experience my door is open for you.

Peace and blessings Beloved _
We are both entering our Sankofa journey! Ms. Alicia James, UNPLUGGED

Alicia UNPLUGGED

Sometimes the best power move a social mompreneur, maternal mental health advocate can make is unplugging from the world and kicking up her feet.

There are times when balancing the grind of caregiver and entrepreneurship isn't healthy and a pause is required. So you need to UNPLUG ~

UNplug to just be and breathe easier

UNplug to honor me
