It's Soulstone's 5th Anniversary!!

I hope this message finds you well. Five years ago, I embarked on a journey fueled by passion and a desire to provide healing and rejuvenation through massage and facials. Your continued support has been instrumental to Soulstone's growth, and I am deeply grateful to have wonderful clients like you.

The anniversary actually occurred in July, however all plans I had to celebrate were pushed to the back burner as I faced the sudden and immense loss of my mom, who had been living in Thailand. She had an adventurous spirit and a desire to help others, and she is missed very much.

I know she would want me to push forward and find a way to celebrate my accomplishments. To this end, I am determined to move forward. In honor of her memory and to celebrate our milestone, I am excited to introduce our new merchandise line.

Found a new place! The boys are loving their new room. They picked everything including the paint colors and the rug. We’re in full nesting mode.

Thank you to everyone who called, messaged, helped and donated. We’re so full of awe and gratitude seeing how quickly we’re recovering. Looking forward to this new phase in our lives with positive, peaceful, and loving energy.

It’s been an interesting week so far. Monday afternoon my apartment burned down. Thankfully everyone escaped safely. So far our village has stepped in tremendously and the boys school community floored us with the love and support they have shown. I’m so happy the boys get to witness how much love surrounds them and us as a family unit.

At the suggestion of one of my members, I set up a GoFundMe. We’re close to meeting our goal. Again, I’m amazed by all the support that has poured in! It’s been overwhelming in a positive way. Link is in my stories. I will add to my linktree as well. Whether donation, sharing, or prayer, any and all help is much appreciated.

The boys are holding up well. Most of their belongings have been replaced and we’re excited to let them open presents. The priority now is finding a new place to live. We’re hoping to stay in Queens to keep the boys in the school they love so much. 1 bedrooms will work due to budget. Please send leads via DM.

Soulstone's First Retreat is in the Books!

What a time we had!! From the sound bath, to yoga, to the energy healing, it was a relaxing and rejuvenating day.

Special thanks to our scholarship donors! I'm so grateful we were able to accommodate everyone who needed this day because of you! Also, a special thanks to our facilitators: Gary, Lynn, and Jayme. Thank you so much for being so generous with your time, energy, and gifts. I appreciate all your support and professionalism!

And thank you to each and every attendee. Your openness, kindness and fellowship was so awesome to witness and be a part of! I hope this retreat left you with happy memories, calmer minds, and bit of sunshine for your hearts!

Before you know it summer will be over and we’ll all be back to our regular grind. Make time for a physical, mental and spiritual reset prior to restarting your work/school/life routine. Open to those affected by cancer and their caregivers, but keep in mind seats are very limited. Less than 30 tickets are left! Get yours or a scholarship ticket to help someone in need attend. Can’t wait to see you all!

Celebrating all love… especially self love! ♥️😘

December was bittersweet. I retired from MSK after nearly 2 decades. If you told me back in 2004 I’d be there that long, I would have doubted you for sure. I spent the last few weeks there thinking about the patients and staff who taught me so much. I thought about the successes, the pain, the hope, and the joy of being able to help others in all of my roles there… MSK allowed me to bloom and become a more confident me.
The sweet is amazing too though! I get to spend more time with my sons, and they are so happy! I’m grateful I get to experience this while they still want me around. I get to rest. I’ve been working 2 jobs for many years. I love my work and I’m grateful I can give my body the rest it needs to keep doing this for a few more decades.

So many of my dreams have and are coming to fruition and I’ve started 2024 with a sincere attitude of gratitude.

I’m believing this year is a transformative one for everyone who encounters this post. I wish you all the joy, gratitude, and hope you can hold… more on that in a future post!

And I suppose now is as good a time as any to announce that my hours have expanded to 4 full days. Come in, get a physical, mental, and spiritual reset for the new year. Sharing these positive vibes is my favorite way to give back! See you soon! 💗

Working on frozen shoulder is a slow and steady process, but the results!! 😍😍😍
We started in November and my client couldn’t get her arm straight up to the ceiling. The first picture is from February and the second pic is from today. She’s just a few inches from her baseline!

Try not to be overwhelmed! Pick one or two things to work on and have your medical team, friends or family help keep you accountable. Spring is a time for new beginnings after all!
