Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center is a brand new 188 bed state-of-the-art nursing facility bordering Spring Creek and nestled in the beautiful section of Starret City, Brooklyn. Combining the luxuries and amenities that can be expected in hotels with the quality of care individualized for each of our residents and overseen by board certified physicians and licensed nursing and rehabilitative staff is what makes Spring Creek special. As part of our commitment to be a progressive long term care facility, we offer a unique skilled living program which emphasizes a cooperative direction of our residents, families and caregivers. Our ultimate goal is to empower our residents the ability to enjoy their recuperation on their terms while at Spring Creek. Staffed by professional and compassionate caregivers, Spring Creek provides around the clock skilled nursing services addressing each resident's needs while encouraging confidence and independence. Spring Creek's on-going educational services are provided to all staff members to ensure the highest possible quality of care to all residents without compromising dignity and safety.
