If you need help with calming down and relaxing - take a page from his book 🐈

Our furry friends at home and I. Wilderness know how to regulate their system. We have to unlearn the nonsense that we gathered through childhood - often from generations before us- like in my family from grandparents who went through 2 world wars and parents who went though one for example. It was all survival.

Learning how to recharge and rebalance is essential. Let’s start with small steps. Small habits.

Grateful to have shared this fantastic Pulse Clinic with Dr. Ashwini from Ayushakti Ayurved India in Manhattan this March.

This Siddha Veda lineage goes back to the Buddha‘s physician and has the most skillful pulse diagnosis I have experienced.

I was and am fortunate to study with Ayushakti teachers and am making good progress in reading pulses as well. It’s really a decade long refinement.

The herbal recipes are also going back to ancient times. Inhave seen some of the old scriptures in handwritten tablet form.

From outside streets to this quiet indoor pause, it reminded me that magic happens when hearts and minds align.

Our Story

The practice New Decision Therapy™ was designed to heal those who have less than ideal relationships with themselves and others. When trauma happens to us, these memories embed themselves in our bodies on a cellular level. This is what leads to our particular types of behavior, personalities and affects our reactions and relationships. When we feel overwhelmed, unhappy, alone and disconnected, this is a matter of suppressed trauma and previous pain. NDT goes into the memory, back to where the pain or trauma initially happened, and removes that old memory and pain through taking a New Decision which only happens through forgiveness.

What we do with our pain is avoid it however, the suffering we go through is something we can definitely do something about.
