Stress, anxiety, overwhelm…. They happen all the time. And it’s not easy to get yourself and your focus back. Here’s a quick 75 second tip for those super stressful days to get some clarity.
👉🏼 Stop whatever you are doing and close your eyes
👉🏼 Breath in as deep as you can through your mouth, fill those lungs all the way up
👉🏼 Hold for 3 second
👉🏼 Release the air slowly through your nose until all the air is out of your lungs
👉🏼 Pause at the bottom of your breath for 3 second
👉🏼 Repeat 5 times
Breathing deep and slowly brings your mind back to center and lets you relax. Helping that little extra bit of overwhelm wash away.
